I noticed it too, I don’t like it. Was super handy to have the banner there on any up-scroll.

You now have to scroll all the way to the top of the page to get the oppo banner to appear instead of it just appearing whenever you scroll up.

I wondered if it where just me that was Kinja’d.
Yesterday, the Oppo banner disappeared completely from time to time.
Can’t they just leave the good stuff alone? I want the picture annotation back too!
